RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY:

Sigma International will take into account complaints on delivered products only if they are issued within the following 24 hours after the delivery.


The complaint will be accepted if Sigma International delivered products that were not agreed on by order or don‘t work correctly according to product specifications.
Sigma International is obliged to rectify any omissions listed in the shortest possible time.
Order cancellation for private persons is regulated according to Consumer Law of Republic of Serbia.
Due to the potential abuse, order cancellation for legal entities is not possible.

Take a note: Damages made during transportation are not included in this policy.
However, transport company should be insured for transport damages and every case will be reviewed separately. 

On delivery, customer is obliged to check all of the ordered products for transportation damages. That should be done on the moment of delivery. If there are some damages, customer should notify Sigma International as fast as possible or within 4 hours after delivery. If installation and usage of our products is not done correctly according to installation and usage manual Sigma International can’t be held responsible.

PAYMENTS POLICY:

Sigma International d.o.o. sell to institutional customers (installers, project developers, wholesalers) based on valid VATUE and to individual customers or private persons also. 


Payment

We accept only payments by standard bank transfer. All payments in Serbia are bound to the RSD currency. All payments from other countries are bound to the EUR currency. Other currencies (eg USD CHF GBP) have informative character. All needed payment information (our account number, IBAN, SWIFT), you will receive automatically during processing your order.

In the case of untimely (late) payment of the invoice, the interest prescribed by law is calculated

Prices

Net prices - at sigmainternational.eu presented prices are net prices (excl. VAT) for institutional customers and Intra-European supply. In this cases netto VAT-free (0% VAT) invoicing is possible, but requires valid PIB for Serbian customers or VAT-EU ID-No of the buyer. In certain cases net invoicing can be refused. Buyers outside Serbia and European Union are not charged with VAT.

Gross prices - given in proforma invoice to individual customers or private persons.  Presented prices are gross prices (incl. VAT). The VAT-rate is 20% for Serbian customers and 21% for EU customers.

Delivery

The customers from Serbia: delivery is for free.

International customers: delivery is not included in the price of goods. Insured shipping with international parcel (DHL, Schenker,.) after:

  • Estimating the final transport costs

  • Customer order confirmation (60% down payment)

  • Payment in full amount (before delivery other 40%)

Delivery based on Incoterms 2010

DAP - We require 100% payment in advance before delivery. Sigma International d.o.o. will deliver the goods to a designated location. The buyer is required to specify the place of delivery and a person responsible for taking the delivery at the location, including his or her telephone number.

EXW - We require 100% payment before delivery. Sigma International d.o.o. prepares goods for pick up from one of our warehouses on a scheduled delivery date. The buyer provides it's own transporter who will pick up the goods on the scheduled delivery date based on the order of delivery.

Cancellation
In case of cancellation by the customer, Sigma International doo will charge 25% of the cancellation
costs from the total value of the order(s) or invoice(s).

Disputes

In case of dispute, the Commercial Court in Belgrade, Serbia is competent.

***DUTCH***:

BELEID INZAKE RETOUREN EN TERUGBETALINGEN:

Sigma International neemt klachten over geleverde producten uitsluitend in behandeling indien deze binnen 24 uur na levering worden ingediend.

De klacht wordt aanvaard indien Sigma International producten heeft geleverd die niet overeenkomen met de bestelling of niet correct functioneren volgens de productspecificaties. Sigma International verplicht zich ertoe de vermelde gebreken zo spoedig mogelijk te herstellen. Annulering van bestellingen door particulieren is geregeld conform de consumentenwetgeving van de Republiek Servië. Wegens mogelijk misbruik is annulering van bestellingen door rechtspersonen niet mogelijk. Let op: Schade ontstaan tijdens het transport valt niet onder dit beleid. De transportfirma dient echter verzekerd te zijn voor transportschade en elk geval zal afzonderlijk worden beoordeeld. Bij levering is de klant verplicht alle bestelde producten te controleren op transportschade. Dit dient op het moment van levering te gebeuren. Indien er schade is, dient de klant Sigma International zo snel mogelijk of binnen 4 uur na levering op de hoogte te stellen. Indien de installatie en het gebruik van onze producten niet correct worden uitgevoerd volgens de installatie- en gebruikshandleiding, kan Sigma International niet verantwoordelijk worden gehouden.

BETALINGSBELEID:

Sigma International d.o.o. verkoopt aan institutionele klanten (installateurs, projectontwikkelaars, groothandels) op basis van een geldig btw-identificatienummer, en tevens aan individuele klanten of particulieren.

Betaling Wij aanvaarden uitsluitend betalingen per standaard bankoverschrijving. Alle betalingen in Servië zijn gebonden aan de RSD-valuta. Alle betalingen vanuit andere landen zijn gebonden aan de EUR-valuta. Andere valuta (bv. USD, CHF, GBP) hebben een informatief karakter. Alle benodigde betalingsinformatie (ons rekeningnummer, IBAN, SWIFT) ontvangt u automatisch tijdens de verwerking van uw bestelling. Bij niet-tijdige (te late) betaling van de factuur wordt de wettelijk voorgeschreven rente berekend.

Prijzen Nettoprijzen - de op sigmainternational.eu weergegeven prijzen zijn nettoprijzen (excl. btw) voor institutionele klanten en voor intracommunautaire leveringen. In deze gevallen is een nettofactuur zonder btw (0% btw-tarief) mogelijk, maar dit vereist een geldig PIB voor Servische klanten of een geldig btw-identificatienummer (VAT-EU ID-No.) van de koper. In bepaalde gevallen kan nettofacturatie worden geweigerd. Aan kopers buiten Servië en de Europese Unie wordt geen btw in rekening gebracht. Brutoprijzen - vermeld op de proforma-factuur voor individuele klanten of particulieren. De weergegeven prijzen zijn brutoprijzen (incl. btw). Het btw-tarief is 20% voor Servische klanten en 21% voor EU-klanten.

Levering Voor klanten uit Servië: levering is gratis. Voor internationale klanten: levering is niet inbegrepen in de prijs van de goederen. Verzekerde verzending met een internationale pakketdienst (DHL, Schenker, e.d.) volgt na:

  1. Schatting van de definitieve transportkosten

  2. Orderbevestiging door de klant (60% aanbetaling)

  3. Volledige betaling (resterende 40% vóór levering)

Levering op basis van Incoterms 2010 DAP - Wij vereisen 100% vooruitbetaling vóór levering. Sigma International d.o.o. levert de goederen op een aangewezen locatie. De koper is verplicht de plaats van levering te specificeren en een persoon die verantwoordelijk is voor de inontvangstname op de locatie, inclusief zijn of haar telefoonnummer. EXW - Wij vereisen 100% betaling vóór levering. Sigma International d.o.o. maakt de goederen klaar voor afhaling in een van onze magazijnen op een geplande leverdatum. De koper voorziet in een eigen transporteur die de goederen op de geplande leverdatum zal ophalen op basis van de leveringsorder.

Annulering In geval van annulering door de klant, zal Sigma International d.o.o. 25% annuleringskosten in rekening brengen over de totale waarde van de bestelling(en) of factu(u)r(en).

Geschillen In geval van een geschil is de rechtbank te Belgrado, Servië, bevoegd.

***SERBIAN***:

POLITIKA POVRAĆAJA ROBE I SREDSTAVA:

Sigma International će uzeti u obzir reklamacije na isporučene proizvode samo ako su podnete u roku od 24 sata od isporuke.

Reklamacija će biti prihvaćena ukoliko je Sigma International isporučila proizvode koji nisu u skladu sa porudžbinom ili ne funkcionišu ispravno u skladu sa specifikacijom proizvoda. Sigma International se obavezuje da otkloni sve navedene nedostatke u najkraćem mogućem roku. Otkazivanje porudžbine za fizička lica regulisano je u skladu sa Zakonom o zaštiti potrošača Republike Srbije. Zbog mogućnosti potencijalne zloupotrebe, otkazivanje porudžbine za pravna lica nije moguće. Napomena: Oštećenja nastala tokom transporta nisu obuhvaćena ovom politikom. Međutim, transportna kompanija bi trebalo da bude osigurana za štete u transportu i svaki slučaj će se razmatrati pojedinačno. Prilikom isporuke, kupac je dužan da proveri sve poručene proizvode na transportna oštećenja. To treba učiniti u trenutku isporuke. Ukoliko postoje oštećenja, kupac treba da obavesti kompaniju Sigma International što je pre moguće ili u roku od 4 sata od isporuke. Ako instalacija i upotreba naših proizvoda nisu izvršene ispravno u skladu sa uputstvom za instalaciju i upotrebu, Sigma International se ne može smatrati odgovornom.

POLITIKA PLAĆANJA:

Sigma International d.o.o. prodaje robu institucionalnim kupcima (monteri, projektanti, veleprodaje) na osnovu važećeg poreskog identifikacionog broja (PIB), kao i individualnim kupcima, odnosno fizičkim licima.

Plaćanje Prihvatamo isključivo plaćanja putem standardnog bankarskog transfera (virmanom). Sva plaćanja u Srbiji su vezana za valutu RSD. Sva plaćanja iz drugih zemalja su vezana za valutu EUR. Druge valute (npr. USD, CHF, GBP) imaju informativni karakter. Sve potrebne informacije za plaćanje (broj našeg računa, IBAN, SWIFT) dobićete automatski prilikom obrade Vaše porudžbine. U slučaju neblagovremenog (kasnog) plaćanja fakture, obračunava se zakonom propisana zatezna kamata.

Cene Neto cene - cene prikazane na sigmainternational.eu su neto cene (bez PDV-a) za institucionalne kupce i za isporuke unutar Evrope. U ovim slučajevima moguće je fakturisanje neto iznosa bez PDV-a (0% PDV), ali je za to neophodan važeći PIB za kupce iz Srbije ili važeći VAT-EU identifikacioni broj kupca. U određenim slučajevima, neto fakturisanje može biti odbijeno. Kupcima izvan Srbije i Evropske unije PDV se ne obračunava. Bruto cene - navedene u predračunu za individualne kupce ili fizička lica. Prikazane cene su bruto cene (sa uračunatim PDV-om). Stopa PDV-a iznosi 20% za kupce iz Srbije i 21% za kupce iz EU.

Isporuka Za kupce iz Srbije: isporuka je besplatna. Za međunarodne kupce: isporuka nije uključena u cenu robe. Osigurana isporuka međunarodnom pošiljkom (DHL, Schenker, itd.) sledi nakon:

  1. Procene finalnih troškova transporta

  2. Potvrde porudžbine od strane kupca (60% avansne uplate)

  3. Uplate punog iznosa (preostalih 40% pre isporuke)

Isporuka se vrši na osnovu Incoterms 2010 DAP - Zahtevamo 100% plaćanje unapred pre isporuke. Sigma International d.o.o. će isporučiti robu na naznačenu lokaciju. Kupac je dužan da navede mesto isporuke i osobu odgovornu za preuzimanje pošiljke na lokaciji, uključujući i njen broj telefona. EXW - Zahtevamo 100% plaćanje pre isporuke. Sigma International d.o.o. priprema robu za preuzimanje iz jednog od naših skladišta na zakazani datum isporuke. Kupac obezbeđuje sopstvenog prevoznika koji će preuzeti robu na zakazani datum isporuke na osnovu naloga za isporuku.

Otkazivanje U slučaju otkazivanja od strane kupca, Sigma International d.o.o. će naplatiti 25% troškova otkazivanja od ukupne vrednosti porudžbine(a) ili fakture(a).

Sporovi U slučaju spora, nadležan je Privredni sud u Beogradu, Srbija.
